1. 請依各組依期中報告分組次序，排序進行報告，每組推派一名報告人代表於上課時提出討論報告，另外需有一名評論人負責評論他組報告。
2. 學期報告字數為8000-12000字，以學術論文格式（請依東吳法律學報徵稿格式：http://www.scu.edu.tw/lex/a3_0.htm）撰寫，並以簡報檔案，上台進行口頭報告。
3. 報告封面請述明：題目、組別、組員名稱、學號。
4. 請同學於依各組期限繳交報告，不收逾時報告。請將檔案上傳到本課程協作平台，並將書面報告與簡報各印出一份，上課時交給老師；並請修課同學全程出席學期報告之課程。
一、每一組請推派至少一名「報告人」與一名「評論人」。
二、第一組上台報告時，由次一組之「評論人」負責計時與評論工作，依序進行。
三、每組口頭報告時間為18分鐘，15分鐘時由「評論人」舉手提醒，18分鐘時準時結束報告。
四、每組「評論人」評論5分鐘，後續則為同學發問與老師講評。
五、請同學全程出席期末報告。
