三、教學目標 Objectives

希望學生能從法律面瞭解當前科技發展對於政府管制政策、產業發展以及社會所造成的衝擊。透過全面性的介紹科技創新與研發引發的法律爭議，以及如何經由管理制度來有效管理科技的產出，以及科技所造成的衝擊。從現有產業推動的實例，進行現況的探討。期能激發學生對於科技法律研究的興趣，並奠定自我進行科技法律議題研究的基礎。

The course from the current legal
framework to understand the impact of technological development for
government regulatory policies, industrial development and social caused.
Legal disputes through the introduction of technological innovation and
comprehensive research and development initiated and how to effectively
manage via the management system of science and technology outputs, as well
as science and technology caused by the impact. From existing industry-driven
examples, discuss the status. For students to stimulate interest in the study
of science and technology law, and to lay the foundation for self-study of
the question that science and technology law.
